Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Cost & Management Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Studies (MBS)
∎ Masters in Business Studies.
∎ Masters in Commerce.
∎ Masters in Accounting/Finance.
∎ Part ACCA or ICMA.
∎ Applicants having working experience in Hotel will be given preference.
∎ Applicants having completed at least 2nd part of ICMA would be given priority.
∎ Skills Required: Business Planning, Cost control, Cost Management, Income Tax and VAT, Product Costing and budgeting

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the costing of recipes and menus prepared by the Executive Chef and propose the selling price.
∎ Review the menus on an ongoing basis and update to ensure costs are optimized and profits are maximized without compromising the quality.
∎ Responsible for the month-end inventory of all operating outlets and the central kitchen.
∎ Carry out spot checks in stores and in the main kitchen.
∎ Prepare daily reports of food costs and verify daily void control sheets.
∎ Randomly inspect the outlet inventory by reconciling the opening stock with closing stock considering sales.
∎ Monitor the 'bestselling' and 'least selling' items in the menu and advice the Head of Finance, Head of Operations and Executive Chef so that reviews can be done and actioned upon.
∎ Ensure policies and procedures are in place to mitigate risk.
∎ Input and maintain prices, menu changes, and user changes in the POS system.
∎ Ensure that the deliveries of goods by suppliers are consistent and as per the receiving schedule.
∎ Monitoring wastages, pilferage and spoilages.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent command of proper spoken English is a pre requisite.
∎ Preference will be given to Candidates having knowledge of VAT/Tax Filing.
∎ Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
