• At least 05 years experience in a manufacturing organization

• Ideally a candidate should be self motivated, creative,and hard working with team spirit

• He/she should be a non-smoker.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bengali and English are required

• Collecting and analyzing data about a company`s operational costs

• Setting standard costs of manufactured goods

• Developing and analyzing cost standards

• Performing account reconciliations

• Preparing audit reports and presenting their findings to the management

• Recommending changes to the company`s processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit

• Managing the company`s balance sheet and accounting books
