Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and maintain Standard & Efficient Cost Accounting System.
∎ To analyze actual manufacturing costs and to prepare periodic reports comparing with standard costs against actual production costs.
∎ To arrange and conduct cost audit as per requirement.
∎ To upgrade inventory management system on regular basis.
∎ To prepare cost sheet and bill of materials (BOM).
∎ To prepare monthly/ quarterly cost statement with variance for the products manufactured.
∎ To conduct cost-benefit analysis as and when required.
∎ To review and recommend selling price of finished products.
∎ To reduce production cost reasonably & logically.
∎ Monitoring all activities of daily Financial Reporting of respective unit (s) and report to the supervisors in regarding development & implementation policies & procedure for accounting, internal control, financial planning & reporting.
∎ Collect and analyze information to determine costs of business activities such as the purchase of raw materials and costs of production process.
∎ Cost control & cost reduction, analyzing Financial Statements/ reports and conduct analysis of comparative changes in financial position and submit summary report to the reporting supervisor.
∎ Preparation annual budget to make sure that standard costs for all productions are calculated in line with budget consideration.
∎ Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
∎ Any other assignment to be assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Applicant should have minimum 16 years working experience with at least 3 years working experience in the capacity of DGM level at Largest and Reputed Group of Company.
∎ Age limit 35 to 50 year(s). However, for highly experienced personnel age limit may be relaxed.
∎ Good knowledge in Computer specially in ERP, MS Office, Internet,etc;
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Able to supervise a large Team.
