∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Brand Management
∎ Graduate/ Masters/ BBA/ MBA
Job Context:
∎ Correspondence Executive
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and read incoming inquiries from customers.
∎ Review queries for format and submit it to chairman.
∎ Make reply to possible and present customers to impress them.
∎ Compile data from records to prepare periodic reports.
∎ Process orders for goods requested in correspondence.
∎ Maintain all relevant communication, order files, reports etc. required for processing orders efficiently.
∎ Communicate with buyers by email and verbally in English language.
∎ Follow up with commercial on correct shipping docs, shipment advice & payment too.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 52 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to deal with top management
∎ Communicate effectively both in Bangla and English.
∎ High proficiency with MS Word, excel and outlook preferred
Salary: Negotiable
