Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business and foster long-term partnerships
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by targeting potential clients
Understand client requirements and provide tailored IT product solutions to meet their needs
Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Stay informed about the latest technologies and product offerings through continuous research
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records; submit regular reports to management
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
Collaborate with team members to plan and implement corporate sales strategies
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings
Travel across Bangladesh as needed for client meetings, product demonstrations, and deliveries
