Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team quotas.
∎ Prospect for and qualify new leads, leveraging a variety of sources such as online databases, industry events, and referrals.
∎ Conduct in-depth needs assessments and tailor product offerings to meet individual client requirements.
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
∎ Negotiate contracts and close deals.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
∎ Exceed individual sales targets consistently.
∎ Generate and qualify leads for future sales.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations.
∎ Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings.
∎ Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
∎ Assist other team members as needed.
