∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Must have professional degree CA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Core Accounting Function –
∎ Leading, supervising and closely monitoring Holding Company’s Finance & Accounts team.
∎ Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information recorded and generated from ERP
∎ Checking and approval of Invoices/Bills for payment and review & approval of DN/CN, receipt vouchers, payment vouchers and journal vouchers.
∎ Ensuring intercompany reconciliation
∎ 2. Fund Management –
∎ Ensuring efficiency in fund management including rolling forward cash flow projection of Rahimafrooz Bangladesh Limited..
∎ 3. Fixed Assets Management including procurement, budgetary control, maintenance of physical register, reconciliation between GL & FA module and annual physical verification.
∎ 4. MIS and Group Audited Accounts –
∎ Assist in MIS preparation & review of MIS and submission to GCFO
∎ Assist in preparing Holding Co. and SBU audited accounts for audit purpose and meeting queries of internal and external auditors on timely basis.
∎ Facilitating annual audited accounts preparation process for all SBUs and reviewing draft audited accounts of all SBUs. Monitor and Follow up audit process of SBUs and arrange signature of SBU BODs.
∎ 5. Group Tax planning & Management –
∎ Facilitating effective corporate tax planning of all SBUs;
∎ Preparing tax planning models in consultation with SBU CFOs and Corporate tax team.
∎ Coordinating Group Tax planning meeting with all SBUs and Group BOD for getting GBOD approval.
∎ Ensure effective tax planning and support tax team and tax consultant for resolution of Tax related issues.
∎ 6. Group Internal Control –
∎ Assisting SBU Finance in establishing financial governance through ensuring strict adherence to relevant laws, standards and internal finance policies & guidelines.
∎ Ensuring internal audit and compliance issues as raised by ‘Compliance Dept.’ are effectively handled so that corporate governance is enhanced.
∎ 7. Due diligence of financial reports –
∎ Reviewing chart of accounts and trial balance of SBUs to ensure financial information recorded in ERP is reliable & consistent with relevant standards, finance policy etc.
∎ 8. ABP/Budget preparation –
∎ Preparing holding Co.’s ABP financials, compilation support of departmental objectives and organogram
∎ Coordinating and arranging meeting with cross functional dept. and BOD for ABP/budget approval
∎ Reviewing and analyzing monthly budget variance report and providing information to the concerned people.
∎ Assisting in review of SBU ABP/budget as and when required.
∎ 9. Cost control –
∎ Assisting in establishing Cost Control mechanism and OPEX restructuring for the Group.
∎ Ensuring control procedures over OPEX procurement including budgetary control.
∎ 10. Training and team development –
∎ Conducting training/awareness session for Group Finance & Accounts team members to make them aware on Finance policies, changes in Tax and VAT Laws etc.
∎ Conducting awareness sessions on RA Finance Policy for non-finance people.
∎ Conducting sessions on ‘Finance for Non-finance people’ of RA employees and Board Family Council.
