∎ Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role in a corporate setting

∎ Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)Proficiency in word processing and presentation software

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review and organize training plans٫ design and develop training programs for corporate/private sector, Development sector, Government sector; offline and online training.
∎ Prepare appropriate training methods per case٫ including simulations٫ mentoring٫ on the job training٫ professional development classes and so on.
∎ Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
∎ Gather and evaluate information from clients, participants, employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
∎ Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
∎ Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions.
∎ Market company’s training products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
∎ Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
∎ Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.
∎ Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with relevant departments, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
∎ Researches competitive training products by identifying and evaluating training nature, market demand, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
∎ Supports team by providing information on sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new training product information.
∎ Accomplishes self and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
∎ Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
∎ Networking, liaison and coordinate with the Government agencies, Universities, Industries, Business companies, Un agencies, National and International NGOs.
∎ Strong ability to communicate and maintain positive working relationships with external and internal audiences is highly desirable for this position.
∎ Represent Datascape Academy in various government & private agencies/companies,  national & international forums and Promote Datascape program portfolio through active engagement in various discussions pertaining to policy & practices.

∎ Training Development (30%)
