Experience:
MBA in Accounting/ Finance/ Management or MSS in Economics/Development Studies/ Social Work/ Sociology/Women & Gender Studies or BSc Engineering in CSE/ EEE/ Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from reputed university. More than one 3rd Division / Class in examinations will not be accepted.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience including 05 years relevant experience in development organization.
Additional Requirements:
Training in Project Management/ Entrepreneurship Development will be added extra quality.
Experience in using AIS & MIS tools of Microfinance will get preference.
Good operating skills of Microsoft office package.
Should have excellent communication & report writing skills both in English & Bangla.
Recovery and Advancement of Informal Sector Employment Project (RAISE)
Job Context: TMSS is a national level development organization. TMSS invites application from eligible candidates for the above post in the project named “Recovery and Advancement of Informal Sector Employment (RAISE) jointly financed by the Government of Bangladesh and Palli Karma Sahayak Foundation (PKSF). The goal of the project is to provide services that can enhance earning opportunities for low-income urban youth and urban youth impacted by COVID-19.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and implement outreach and intakes program through community engagement for Entrepreneurs, Apprenticeship, Mastercraftperson, Youth Entrepreneurs Assessment & selection.
Ensure enrolment process of APT & MCP as well as training activities, graduation, employment and track project participants progress & report training outcomes.
Frequently Monitoring 06 Month duration Apprenticeship training Program under Mastercraftperson.
Prepare training plan; Business Management & Entrepreneurship Development (BMED) for Youth Entrepreneurs, life skill training for Apprenticeship, orientation & refresher training for Mastercraftperson assess training effectiveness and take feedback from program participants & stakeholders regarding specific program.
To arrange pre & final assessment for Apprenticeship at specific trade as well as sit down for RPL certification under NSDA and/ or BTEB.
Organize dialogue, meeting, workshop, seminar and other outreach programs with key stakeholders and facilitate training on various programs in time.
Monitor project activities for ensuring quality of the program along with Environmental and Social Safeguard issues, Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) of the project and address them accordingly.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and half yearly progress reports and submit to PKSF in time.
Coordinate with microfinance team of organization for credit disbursement and Project Management Unit (PMU) of PKSF.
Coordinator should lead and manage their team in a smooth, efficient, transparency accountability and inspiring way.
Coordinator have a good knowledge of fund management, reporting, reimbursement and others etc.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Job Location: Bogura; extensive field visit across the project areas.
Salary: Consolidate 63,000/- (Per month). Other admissible (two festible bonus, bangla naboborso bonus) and others benefits will be provided as per rules of the project & organization policy.
