Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly quality assurance plan as per SOP
∎ Liaison with different departments and stakeholders to understand the operation and conduct fieldwork and data collection
∎ Prepare and update quality assurance checklists as per management requirements
∎ Review checklists, data inputs from respective targets, compile and assess data appropriateness and accuracy
∎ Assessments (Service Checklist & Infection and Prevention Checklist)
∎ Collecting feedback from clients/participants through SAJIDA Call Center
∎ Reporting as per SOP
∎ Feedback sharing sessions with SAJIDA Hospitals and all the Health Project teams of SAJIDA
∎ Field visit and prepare field visit reports as per requirements of QA unit

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 31 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication Skills, Basic Knowledge on MS Office and Reporting

Salary: Negotiable
