Job Context:
∎ DAM Foundation for Economic Development (DFED) (an institution of Dhaka Ahsania Mission)
∎ This position is based in Head Office of DAM Foundation for Economic Development (DFED)
∎ The position will be responsible mainly for collection, maintenance, management and proper dissemination of Micro Finance information. These information ranges from borrowers, loan portfolio, and other statutory information as required by the funding sources. The position will work as key liaison with DAM central MIS, PKSF and MRA meaning collecting and providing information. The position will be responsible to lead automation process of Microfinance Program of DFED as focal person and software Microfin 360 admin of automation. The position will also be responsible for DFED publication and website maintenance of DFED.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Adabar- Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of the total database of MF operation.
∎ Maintenance and management of the MIS for Micro Finance program and make information available to the DFED management, PKSF and MRA as well.
∎ Prepare all monthly reports and ensure reporting compliances with PKSF, MRA, Commercial Banks, Bangladesh Bank, CDF, Market Information Exchange (MIX), Microcredit Summit Campaign, DAM Central MIS and other entitled report receiver/s.
∎ The position will be responsible to lead automation process of Microfinance Program of DFED as focal person and software admin of automation.
∎ Online monitoring, follow up and supervision of software activities of Branches.
∎ Provide technical support to the Branches for smooth operation of Microfinance Software and trouble shooting
∎ To provide MIS and Software Training for field level staffs.
∎ The position will also be responsible for website maintenance of DFED.
∎ The position will be responsible for DFED publication.
∎ The position will be responsible for DFED media coverage.
∎ Liaison with software company, PKSF, MRA regarding Software and MIS issues.
∎ The position will work closely with other units of DFED and provide necessary information generated by the MIS.
∎ Supervise work of Senior Principal Officer (IT) and Probationary Officer.
∎ Collect, compile and store different types of programmatic data/information analyze those and disseminate in the form needed.
∎ Prepare half yearly MRA-MIS and MRA-CDB Reports for MRA and ensure online report submission using MRA-e-Regulatory System.
∎ Produce different types of qualitative and quantitative reports.
∎ Preparation of quarterly, half yearly and annual report
∎ Maintain and update MIS
∎ Develop Form/Format and different reporting tools as per need of management
∎ Prepare write up/case study for different publication and website.
∎ Audio visual documentation (Photography and Video Production) for evidence based documentation.
∎ Maintain central filing system and ensure proper documentation.
∎ Responsible for Software Automation as Focal Person.
∎ Responsible for Materials Development, Newsletter, Booklet publication etc.
∎ Responsible to facilitate/ conduct training and arrange meeting/ workshop etc.
∎ Annual work plan and budget preparation.
∎ Responsible to maintain liaison and communication with different stakeholders, GO, NGO and other concern authorities.
∎ Additional Responsibility: Responsible for MFP Automation of DFED.
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age limit 35- 40 years.
∎ 08 years' experience related to Microfinance Sector MIS, Reporting & Documentation.
∎ Computer skills on Microsoft of office applications & Micro finance software that is Microfin 360 will be added advantage.
∎ Excellent interpersonal /self-motivational and team work skills.
Salary:
∎ Grade-10, (Gross Salary-48,960/-) per month.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Daily lunch allowance @75/-
