∎ Skills Required: Agriculture, Conflict management, Effective Communication, Good command over MS Office Package, Very good in English writing and speaking

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support the successful rehabilitation and community re-integration of mothers & children by providing the best possible life skills and livelihoods skills training; planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, budgetary control; and closely work with the Co-coordinator of Rehabilitation and the Child and Mother care leads to achieve the core programme targets.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ As part of the overall rehabilitation and community team, work closely with the Coordinator of Rehabilitation.
∎ Establish strong coordination among the team members of Rehabilitation and reintegration team and other sections for successful development and reintegration of beneficiaries
∎ Design individual need based appropriate life skills and income generating activity (IGA) training plans for mothers and families.
∎ Complete and regularly update Training needs assessments (TNA) with each mother beneficiary.
∎ Planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, budgeting, reporting of existing IGA training particularly Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, Agro Business and oversee others skill development such as- Tailoring, Small business (Glossary shop, fabric shop),Garments, Beauty parlour, Candle making & Bamboo weaving .
∎ COMMUNITY RE-INTEGRATION-
∎ Follow up each beneficiary to ensure the necessary community based support.
∎ Link CZM & other donor support with mothers existing earnings or open new IGA areas.
∎ Sustainable Rehabilitation plan-
∎ Work by following Community Based Rehabilitation Matrix (Health, education, social, livelihood, and empowerment).
∎ Community assessment, Design & development new IGA training, region & beneficiaries demand wise.
∎ Networking with local GO, NGO bodies and link their facilities with our beneficiaries
∎ Work to prevent early marriage.
∎ Regularly communicate with donors, particularly on funded projects to update them and for liaison with the funders.
∎ SUPERVISION OF STAFF:
∎ Supervise Agriculture Development Officer
∎ Manage, set objectives and supervise all staff in your section.
∎ Ensure accurate record keeping, reporting & documentation
∎ Participate in committees/meetings/training/workshop and others as appropriate and as directed by your supervisor.
∎ To undertake any additional duties assigned by your supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 to 5 years' experience on similar field especially community based rehabilitation.
∎ In depth knowledge on rehabilitation planning within the rural setup
∎ Knowledge on entrepreneurship development.
∎ Ability to run IGA related training.
∎ Self-starter and ability to work under minimum supervision.
∎ Good level of English (particularly written).
∎ Computer savvy.
∎ Experience for preparation of sectional budget.

Salary: Negotiable
