Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Association of Software & Information Service (BASIS) with the support of Skills for Employee Investment Program (SEIP) is implementing BASIS-SEIP Project. This is a two year long project which needs 13 employees in different levels.
∎ Skill for Employee Investment Program (SEIP) is a project of Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, and Government of Bangladesh.
∎ Address: BDBL Bhaban (3rd Floor - East), 12 Kawran Bazar, Dhaka -1215.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective accounting and financial management system in agreement with the Skills Development Coordination and Monitoring Unit (SDCMU)-SEIP;
∎ Maintain documentation in agreed formats;
∎ Prepare documents for internal and external auditing;
∎ Closely monitor all payments and expenditures;
∎ Prepare and submit annual work plan and budget;
∎ Manage and coordinate all procurement and contractual aspects of project-related goods, equipment in accordance with government procurement guidelines;
∎ Implement all financial and procurement activities on time and as planned;
∎ Submit financial reports in time;
∎ Participate in regular meetings organized by the SDCMU-SEIP related to financial management and procurement;
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the Chief Coordinator.
Salary: Negotiable
