Job Context:
∎ BASIS-SEIP Project (Tranche-3) is implementing skills training program in ICT/ITES sector in partnership with different training institutes in Dhaka and Chattogram. The project is inviting applications from qualified, dynamic and experienced trainers to recruit and prepare a pool of trainers for different courses in ICT/ITES sector. The Project is looking for Trainer against the following professions:
∎ Courses for new entrant:
∎ Customer Support and Services for Tech
∎ IT Sales
∎ Web Design
∎ Graphics and UI Design
∎ 2D and 3D Animation
∎ Professional Digital Marketing
∎ E-Commerce Entrepreneurship
∎ Mobile App Dev (Android)
∎ Web App Dev (.Net)
∎ PHP with Laravel Framework
∎ Server Administration
∎ Upskilling Courses:
∎ Software Design and Architecture
∎ Big Data, Data Analytics & Data Science
∎ Information System Security Management
∎ Network Administration using CISCO
∎ Upskilling Courses for Vendor Certification:
∎ Software Testing (ISTQB 2018)
∎ PMP Certification
∎ Cloud Service Management using Amazon Web Services
∎ Certified Programmer in Python (PCAP, PCPP1 & PCPP2)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to carry out the training program and demonstrate the practical sessions of the course. Classes to be conducted five days a week and the contact hour will be four hours a day per batch. For each batch of training, two trainers will be engaged.
∎ Competent enough in the contents of the course, training delivery, motivating trainees and ensuring effective training-learning process.
∎ Prepare lesson plan according to the course contents in a standard form and maintain the quality of the training courses.
∎ Understanding of the occupational profiles based on the current trends of the industry.
∎ Ability to understand occupation-related learning techniques, the work process, and the nature of the working environment of the respective fields.
∎ Observe and evaluate trainees' knowledge, performance, and behavior as industries need.
∎ Maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues and administrations.
∎ Providing special care for trainees with learning difficulties, disabilities and other limitations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have minimum 3 years (for new entrant courses)/ and 5 years (for upskilling courses) working experience as trainer in the relevant field/subject.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 70000 - 80000 (Monthly)
∎ Maximum BDT 70,000 per month (for two batches) for new entrant course, and BDT 80,000 per month (for two batches) for upskilling courses.
