Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Help implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the school.
∎ Assist in monitoring the academic performance of the students and supporting teachers in achieving academic excellence.
∎ Work with the administrative team to manage budgets, resources, and facilities.
∎ Help promote the vision and mission of TIS.
∎ Ensure the overall academic and administrative functions as well as assistance to the Senior Management Team.
∎ Coordinate, guide and train the teachers and admin staff as per requirement
∎ Guide and train the new teachers and employees to get accustomed to the system of the school
∎ Responsible for disciplining the students and administration -Prepare Questions, Routines/Exam Routines, Syllabus, Session Plan, Lesson Plans, Teaching materials according to the Cambridge
∎ Assessment International Education standard develop training module, handbook and School policies as required
∎ Ensure teachers take classes properly and timely according to the syllabus make strategic plans for admissions
∎ Conduct Monitor and Evaluation of Teachers, perform Class Observations according to the TIS standard -Responsible for overall safety and security of the students and staffs
∎ All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result
