Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Computer Application (MCA), Masters in Information Systems Security (MISS), Masters in Information Systems Security (MISS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to run, monitor & develop Beneficiary Software and Sponsorship web site of SPP by providing all technical and physical support.
∎ Prepare summary and provide reports, presentation and information as per requirement for Sponsorship website.
∎ Make sure Sponsorship website is update (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) and all stories are fulfilling objectives.
∎ Responsible for engineering and maintaining the API interfaces for the data life cycle.
∎ Responsible Data Management Operations and Auditing for the entire Software.
∎ Whole Data & Software Management and tearing.
∎ Have to work as internal consultant to fix current implementation errors.
∎ Daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and addressing errors.
∎ Coding, Updating the database and conduct routine maintenance and write high-quality code, designed to be easily understood by others and maintained in the future.
∎ Review and check the data for inconsistencies of anomalies and enquire to check the validity that could skew analytical results.
∎ Insert and managing the information in the Software/database management system and play with diverse report to check the information insertion accuracy.
∎ Software Development lifecycle from Data Lifecycle perspective.
∎ Work closely with all sections to ensure that all data flows are consistently compliant with all the services.
∎ Train people to use & update software properly, have to provide user support any time when necessity.
∎ Provide best data management practice training and computer file management training to any section.
∎ Communicate with concern departments about data changes or requirements.
∎ Prepare charts, presentation, graph & tables from the dataset if necessary.
∎ Create strategy and protocols to optimize staff use of current system, including ensuring systematic data entry and data integrity.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience in Software Management, Coding, troubleshooting, documentation, report writing for at least 03 years work experience in International development organizations will be given preference.
∎ Good communication and writing skills both in Bangla and in English.
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion, gender sensitivity.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships with coworkers.
