Job Context:
∎ Job Station Field position, primarily based in Jashore
∎ Starting Date August, 2021

The Coordinator-Community Resource Centre (CCRC) will manage field office operation and successful implementation of the project in the respective area. This post holder will collaborate with team members of the Dhaka and field office to ensure timely technical input to deliver quality program and business deliverables. He should have strong representation, relationship building, negotiation; and influencing skills, often at very senior level.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The responsibilities of the CCRC include but are not limited to the descriptions below:
∎ Play an active role as senior team member to design and implement the program
∎ Function as an enterprise development specialist and operation lead on project activities
∎ Effectively communicate with team members and build network with all relevant stakeholders for the improved implementation of the project, and adapting and strengthening enterprise and market systems interventions
∎ Contribute, design, approve and implement business plan on different trades for smallholders
∎ Oversee budgetary control and compliance, in line with organizational requirements and regulations
∎ Manage field level staff, resources, logistics and project materials following the administrative, financial, vehicle and other policies and regulations properly
∎ Facilitate, monitor, and provide feedback to smallholders, partners and staff to identify opportunities and risks to address accordingly
∎ Maintain close contact and communication with Dhaka team for project planning, strategy formulation, and other issues
∎ Supervision, mentoring and coaching of team member for their growth and development
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation
∎ Prepare field progress report and other reports regularly, document the key learning & findings

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of development work experience including Livelihood/SME/MFI/Enterprize/Market/Entreprenurship/Agricultural Extension development projects with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial position
∎ Proven track record with reputed national NGO/INGO/company
∎ Core Competencies:
∎ Clear understanding and knowledge of small enterprise development, micro finance, rural markets, trading relationships, rural service provision, and market value chain approaches to market development, sub-sector analysis, the role of the private sector, government and civil society/NGOs in creating a small enterprise service oriented market
∎ Ability to manage financial and administrative systems, excellent project management skills, leadership and operational capabilities
∎ Prior experience working in the context of various donor-funded livelihood/SME/MFI development projects
∎ Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including government agencies, research and private sector service providers
∎ A high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
∎ Advanced level user of MS Office suite, Google apps etc. MIS and English language proficiency
∎ Self-reliant, ability to work independently and effectively in a multi-talents environment and willing to work under pressure in remote areas
∎ Key Assets:
∎ Good analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think creatively and encourage field staff to take initiative.
∎ Prepare to undertake frequent field visits and door to door service (70%+)
∎ Motorcycle driving skill
∎ Respectful to human dignity
