∎ Masters and/or Honor's in Social Science/Development Studies/ Telecommunication/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ IT from any reputed institutes. Educational qualification is relaxed for experienced candidate.

Job Context:
∎ COAST Foundation (www.coastbd.net) is a value based independent, non-profit and Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), awarded special consultative status with UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC), participating in survival strategies of coastal poor. It believes in integration of right based approach in micro finance, striving for sustainable development initiatives, maintaining a level of transparency, participation, accountability, gender sensitivity and respects to human rights principles in management. Along with other development programs in other coastal districts, it is also implementing the humanitarian emergency responses for Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals in Cox`s Bazar with the financial supports of PKSF, Tear Fund, UNHCR and UNICEF. The organization is seeking CVs from interested applicants for the following position:
∎ Working base: Principal Office, Dhaka but field visit in any parts of Bangladesh especially in Bhola, Cox`s Bazar and other coastal districts at least once in a month.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To facilitate community radio operation including studio recording, audio editing, broadcasting and keeping record of radio programs.
∎ To train up the local volunteers on audio recording both in studio and outdoor, audio editing, multi-track audio mixing and program production and techniques of live broadcasting.
∎ To monitor the day to day radio operation from distance.
∎ To establish p2p communication between distance studios.
∎ To upload radio contents on the website and social media.
∎ Regular communication with Bangladesh Betar and other relevant government officials and departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Capacity and experiences of operating equipment and software (SAM DJ, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro, and OBS) of radio broadcasting and studio management.
∎ Capacity and skill of training up the local volunteers on operating the radio equipment and software.
∎ The capacity of dateline maintaining and leading a team.
∎ Report writing and communication skill in English is an added advantage.
∎ Good Computer literacy in English and Bangla.
∎ Knowledge of website maintaining and Social media campaign especially on short video production.

Salary:
∎ For the position starting salary within the range of BDT 40-50 thousand (also it is negotiable) per month plus all other benefits like two festival allowances, contributory provident fund, gratuity, travel, medical, mobile allowances etc. as per organizational policy.
