- Excellent written & verbal communications skill in both English & Bengali;
- Proactive and capable to work under pressure;
- Good Computer skill in MS Office program.
Responsibilities & Context: - Responsible for day-to-day management of the CEO’s calendar & activities to ensure high value time utilization of the CEO in relationship to external and internal requirements.
- Responsible for the timely preparation and presentation of materials for key external and internal meetings involving the CEO.
- Reviews CEOs email communications and assists in providing timely responses to inquiries sent to CEO.
- Scheduling & maintaining business appointments, coordinate and priority schedule.
- Monitor/Follow up the business development Memos/Notice/Circular.
- Organizes CEO’s travel arrangements.
- Liaise with department hands and associates in relation to necessary follow up on queries, deadlines etc.
- Smooth coordination between field forces and Head Office.
- Maintain files and documents and ensure confidentiality.
- Any other job assigned by the management time to time.
