Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ø Manage the recruiting process
∎ Ø Review, modify or develop Job Description and KPI update and maintain JD Bank for all available positions in the organization and keep it always update;
∎ Ø Assist in developing and implementing human resource plans, employee development plans & performance appraisal, workplace policy design & conflict resolution ;
∎ Ø Automating HR Services
∎ Ø Review Manpower status and analyze by nurturing and retaining top talent, HR managers can ensure a strong and capable workforce
∎ Ø Exposed to access control & time attendance system, deployment of security guards, fire fighting system, evacuation procedure & emergency contact
∎ Ø Any other job assigned by the supervisor.
