Maintain respective Executive’s schedule and calendar to effectively plan meetings and travel
Minute the decisions during a meeting and make working sense of the decisions taken in the meeting to follow up on it accordingly
Maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders both internal and external for setting meetings and the likes
Follow up respective Executive`s correspondences, approvals, decisions and other important activities
Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material and follow up to answers to incoming mail
