Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain respective Executive’s schedule and calendar to effectively plan meetings and travel

  • Minute the decisions during a meeting and make working sense of the decisions taken in the meeting to follow up on it accordingly

  • Maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders both internal and external for setting meetings and the likes

  • Follow up respective Executive`s correspondences, approvals, decisions and other important activities

  • Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material and follow up to answers to incoming mail
