Responsibilities & Context:
A. Educational Qualifications
Master’s degree from a recognized university
Minimum second class/division or CGPA 2.75 (or equivalent) in academic records
B. Experience
Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in university examination administration
At least 4–5 years of experience as Deputy Controller of Examinations / Assistant Controller of Examinations or equivalent position
C. Professional Competence
In-depth knowledge of examination rules, grading systems, credit and semester systems
Practical experience in result processing, tabulation, transcript and certificate issuance
Competence in online examination management systems and digital result processing
Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy in handling sensitive examination data
D. Age Limit
Generally between 35 and 55 years
