Responsibilities & Context:
A. Educational Qualifications
Ø PhD degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university
B. Teaching Experience
Ø Minimum 5 years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor in a recognized university OR
Ø Minimum 8–10 years of total university-level teaching experience
C. Research and Publications
Ø Minimum 5–7 peer-reviewed research publications in recognized and indexed journals
Ø Conference papers, book chapters, and funded research projects will be considered an added advantage
D. Academic and Professional Skills
Ø Sound knowledge of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and modern teaching-learning methodologies
Ø Experience in curriculum development, course design, assessment, and student supervision
Ø Active involvement in academic research, faculty development, and institutional quality assurance activities
E. Age Limit
Ø Generally between 35 and 50 years (flexible as per university policy)
