Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accouting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Member of ITP,FCA or FCMA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the Accounts & Finance team in financial management including financial planning, budget and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Assist to Finance Advisor to take high level decisions about financial policy and strategy.
∎ Collaboratively work with Finance Advisor to implement a highly efficient ERM system in associated with MIS department.
∎ Update ERM reporting module and prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts as per management requirement.
∎ Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
∎ Review financial reports for find out to reduce cost.
∎ Support to concern department for profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting etc.
∎ Manage the Cash flow & Fund Requirements.
∎ Implement, maintain & control effective internal control system.
∎ Implement recommendations of Internal and External Auditors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Able to work in a stressful situation.
∎ Must be well conversant in IT particularly in MS Office, Accounting software.
∎ Strong analytical and financial skills, practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, VAT and Banking.
∎ Working knowledge on ERP, Tally and accounting software is a must.
∎ Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
∎ Good oral and written communication skill in English and Bengali.
