∎ • Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
∎ • Impeccable grasp of the Bangla language, including idioms and current trends in jargon and expressions.
∎ • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
∎ • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
∎ • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
∎ • Strict adherence to the style guides of each organization and their policies for publication
∎ • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
∎ • Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
∎ • Familiarity with each client's requirements and the organization's brand image, products, and services.
∎ • Experience in working for an MFI/ agency will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Writing engaging content for story writing, case studies, video scripts, infographics, websites, email marketing, product descriptions, and other assets.
∎ • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding and style.
∎ • Identifying customers’ needs and suggesting new content to fill gaps in the organization’s current content.
∎ • Managing and completing work on time for multiple content writing projects.
∎ • Proofreading, editing, managing and uploading content in different platforms.
∎ • Completing writing projects, meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project or program specifications.
∎ • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
