Experience in e-commerce, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Paid Media would be a plus
Responsibilities & Context:
- Create and edit content for websites, blogs, newsletters, Instagram, and other media platforms.
- Assist customers via email, chatbot, and messenger.
- Conduct keyword research for content optimization.
- Manage relationships with influencers for brand promotion.
- Provide insights from customer experiences to development and fulfillment teams.
- Collaborate with communications teams in the US and Hong Kong for testing, content creation, and product development.
- Stay updated on trends in content and style across various media and marketing channels.
- Collaborate with communications, product development, and administrative teams across different media channels.
