Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters from a reputed university with major in Business/ Arts/ Computer Science/ Business Policy & Strategy
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop content strategies and roadmap aligned with the company vision and create sustainable differentiation with strong, unique and exclusive content experience for the users
∎ Regularly analyze the content market, trends and customer insights and translate into actionable strategy and items
∎ Execute & implement the contents strategy and plans timely and effectively and within budget
∎ Introduce effective business models to onboard potential partners/ creators/ content owners/ production houses/ content copyrights holders etc.
∎ Responsible for managing overall content operations while bringing in optimum operational efficiency
∎ Effectively assign goals to teams and lead towards achieving the same while keeping them motivated through implementing a culture of achievement
∎ Direct and guide team to monitor user engagement and feedback, formulate action plans to capitalize on opportunities and address areas of improvement
∎ Build competency in the team equipped with the adequate knowledge & training requirements for maximizing team performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-4 years working experience with content management with proven track record of at least 2-4 years in digital content management
∎ Sound knowledge in video content production, distribution and operations
∎ Sound knowledge in content rights management
∎ Strong analytics and problem-solving ability
∎ Adaptability and resilience to quick changes in priorities, technology, tools and workflow
∎ Strong knowledge in digital asset management, product & pricing
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
∎ Team-player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
∎ Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
