Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Your written English must be excellent. Spoken English is important too.
∎ You need to be able to write interesting articles, not just fluff, and articulate what makes your writing stand out, i.e. a copywriting specialist who knows how to persuade, structure and present information.
∎ Experience in a high performance team is highly valued.
∎ You will report to the Content Team’s manager who is also based in Bangladesh.
∎ Use keywords and prompts to create content using AI (training provided)
∎ Follow our processes to refine content using AI and SEO tools.
∎ Add and optimize content into WordPress website(s), e.g. add images, and internal links etc (training available + established processes).
∎ Collaborate with content strategists and marketing teams to align AI-generated content with overall goals.
∎ Use SEO keyword tools and/or supplied keyword requirements from SEO team to ensure the content can rank well in Google.
∎ Identify trends and opportunities for content development based on analytics.
∎ Work with team-lead to improve workflows, processes and AI prompts for the team.
∎ Editor: Edit and proof colleagues output to yield maximum results for clients.

∎ We use cutting edge SEO skills and Custom Built AI tools augmented by human editing to turn creative writing into valuable posts, pages and case studies for our clients all over the world.
