• Research and data analysis skills are highly valued to complement writing expertise as this ensures that facts and figures incorporated into articles are accurate, interesting and compelling.
• WordPress skills: Adding finalised content to WordPress, such as adding images and improving the layout, UX, and even skim ability is highly valued.
• AI Experience (not essential)
• If you have experience with AI editing, please mention this in your application. We provide training and access to AI tools for your work with us. Existing experience and skills are highly valued.
• Claude, ChatGPT, and others.
• Surfer SEO
• Page Optimizer Pro (POP)
• Your written English must be excellent. Spoken English is important too.
• You need to be able to write interesting articles, not just fluff, and articulate what makes your writing stand out, i.e. a copywriting specialist who knows how to persuade, structure and present information.
• Experience in a high performance team is highly valued.

Matter Solutions is an SEO Agency in Australia. We’re looking for multiple (2 or 3) writers to join our growing content production team.

We use cutting edge SEO skills and Custom Built AI tools augmented by human editing to turn creative writing into valuable posts, pages and case studies for our clients all over the world.

The Role

• You will report to the Content Team’s manager who is also based in Bangladesh.

• Use keywords and prompts to create content using AI (training provided)

• Follow our processes to refine content using AI and SEO tools.

• Add and optimize content into WordPress website(s), e.g. add images, and internal links etc (training available + established processes).

• Collaborate with content strategists and marketing teams to align AI-generated content with overall goals.

• Use SEO keyword tools and/or supplied keyword requirements from our SEO team to ensure the content can rank well in Google.

• Identify trends and opportunities for content development based on analytics.

• Work with team-lead to improve workflows, processes and AI prompts for the team.

• Editor: Edit and proof colleagues output to yield maximum results for clients.
