Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in media studies, journalism, communication or any other relevant fields. For experienced or exceptional candidates, educational requirements can be flexible

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and create weekly and on-demand investigative rich A/V contents. Each content will tell a compelling and informative story and will be based on strategic relevance to bti Marketing and Sales.
∎ Maintain an inventory of new ideas to add to the content mix.
∎ Conduct background research for identifying relevant topics, enhancing content quality, fact-checking etc.
∎ Identify and engage with relevant stakeholders/ sources to supplement background research. On-board external resources whenever necessary for content production.
∎ Proactively suggest and apply improvements and ideas to enhance content strategy and quality. Conduct periodic review.
∎ Gather, organize and supply creative assets (images, photography, videos, logos, etc.) for use in the contents.
∎ Work with a wide range of media (images, audio, video) to ensure requirements are met.
∎ Collaborate with other in-house teams/ resources to ensure project deadlines are met (including motion graphic designer, technical staff, marketing etc.).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Proactive, creative, agile and high emotional intelligence. Ability to network and quickly gather resources.
∎ Familiarity with relevant video production tools and software.

Salary: Negotiable
