Job Responsibilities:
Manage Facebook page: posting, inbox reply, customer comments
Create & edit short promotional videos (Reels, Stories, Ads)
Use tools like CapCut, Canva, VN, Kinemaster for video editing
Maintain order records in Google Sheets/Excel
Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, Email, and Messenger
Track international courier deliveries and update customers
Assist with boosting or basic marketing tasks (if needed)
