Job Context:
∎ Who are we looking for?
∎ We`re looking for a contractual content creator to join our rapidly expanding team. You`ll work with other writers and creators to create useful and engaging content and campaigns to expand our user base. Dynamic individuals capable of consistently delivering and exceeding expectations.
∎ Overview of Responsibilities: You`ll be responsible for updating and managing quality written content for news and social media, and creating technical but reader friendly blog posts on a regular basis.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
∎ Conducting research to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
∎ Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
∎ Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
∎ Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
∎ Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions, while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
∎ Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Writing experience of reader friendly technical blog post.
∎ Proven technical content creation experience.
∎ Excellent business communications skills in English
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
∎ An eye for detail and time management skills
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team
∎ Problem solving and decision-making skills
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & Adobe
∎ Ability to evaluate and prioritize tasks for self and others
