Educational Requirements:

∎ Skills Required: Adobe After Effects, Adobe illustator, Adobe Photoshop, SEO and Digital Marketer

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Copywriting, Creative Content Creation, Creative content writing, Creative Design, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Excellent communication skill, Graphics Design, Social Media Management, Video Editing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualize, design and produce motion graphics, 2D/3D Motion, motion typography, video editing.
∎ Align creative production with the company's creative guidelines.
∎ Graphics designing knowledge and proven ability to use a variety of software.
∎ Creating audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
∎ Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
∎ Expertise in image and video editing softwares and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro, Final Cut, etc.
∎ Hands-on experience in Content creation.
∎ Basic DSLR operating.
∎ Assist in all aspects of web and platform content development and management as it relates to brand sites, social media, and consumer emails.
∎ Excellent creative ability to create topics (text, image & video) and get the audience excited, involved & engaged.
∎ Expertise in Social Media Marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, managing digital marketing campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
∎ Ability to build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
∎ Ability to directly interact with virtual communities to build brand awareness and generate sales.
∎ Ability to leverage monitoring tools for insights and engaging people.
∎ Creates necessary marketing database, email, and social media advertising, conducts advertising campaigns.
∎ Execute all digital marketing, including Facebook posting, post boosting, and responding.
∎ Query management of social media platforms.
∎ Analyze digital market trends to understand competitors and forecast sales.
∎ Support the field team on a need basis
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Day-to-day work follow-up.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of online marketing channels.
∎ Excellent copywriting skills.
∎ Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Full-time role includes 5 days, 40 hours/week. Sunday - Thursday. 9 am - 6 pm including a 1-hour break.
∎ Working hours may vary depending on any special occasion/client requirements which will be informed earlier and the time-in-lieu method will be applicable to compensate for any additional working hour
∎ 3 months probation period
∎ 1 Year fixed term contract after successful completion of the probation period.
∎ A permanent position will be offered after the fixed-term contract on the individual's performance and growth within the company
