Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Healthcare Administration
∎ With Bachelor's degree holders, priority will be given to those who have worked in startup ventures and such leadership positions with healthcare-related experiences.
∎ A degree in medicine, nursing, or a related healthcare field may also be beneficial. However, from medicine and healthcare-related disciplines, priority will be given to candidates with Masters' in hospital management or healthcare management degrees from a ranked global university
∎ Skills Required: Effective communication skills, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Problem solving and decision making, Technical Skills, Telemedicine

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vision and Strategy: Developing and communicating the overall vision and strategy for the company. This includes setting strategic goals, identifying target markets, and establishing business plans to achieve them.
∎ Plan and execute short, medium, and long-term strategies to consolidate the business and guide the expansion of the business
∎ Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the company, including managing finances, human resources, technology, and marketing. This also involves ensuring that the company is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Team Building: Building and leading a high-performing team of executives, managers, and staff. This includes recruiting and retaining top talent, setting performance targets, and providing mentoring and coaching.
∎ Partnerships and Collaborations: Building partnerships and collaborations with other organizations, including healthcare providers, technology companies, and government agencies. This involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and managing relationships
∎ Product Development: Developing and refining the company's products and services, including software platforms, mobile applications, and telemedicine services. This includes conducting market research, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with the technology team to develop and refine products.
∎ Evaluate competitor's strategy and Identify new customers.
∎ Marketing and Branding: Developing and executing marketing and branding strategies to promote the company's products and services. This includes identifying target markets, developing marketing campaigns, and managing the products' online presence.
∎ Managing the product's online presence includes reviewing and editing posts on various social media platforms, such as Facebook and YouTube.
∎ Guide and supervise the social media team and their activities
∎ Financial Management: Managing the company's finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting. This also involves ensuring the company is financially stable and sustainable over the long term.
∎ Office and team management: Document, track, and maintain all operational costs, Oversee procurement & Maintain inventory.
∎ Risk Management: Identifying and managing risks to the company, including financial, operational, legal, and reputational risks. This involves developing risk management strategies and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
∎ Industrial Leadership: Serving as a thought leader in the telemedicine industry in Bangladesh. This involves speaking at industry conferences, publishing thought leadership articles, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
∎ Establish milestones for necessary contributions from departments and develop processes to facilitate their collaboration
∎ Work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as engineering, IT & health professionals
∎ Mentor and train other business leaders throughout the company and seek to continually improve processes companywide
∎ Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor the progress and implementation of initiatives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: Experience in a senior leadership role, in a telemedicine or healthcare-related industry will be preferred but not mandatory. This includes experience in operations management, team building, product development, marketing, and financial management
∎ Technical Skills: A deep understanding of technology and its applications in the telemedicine industry. This includes experience with software development, mobile applications, telemedicine services, and other related technologies.
∎ Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision for the company, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
∎ Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team of executives, managers, and staff, as well as the ability to make difficult decisions and take calculated risks.
∎ Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the telemedicine industry in Bangladesh, including key players, trends, and regulations.
∎ Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles, including finance, marketing, and strategy. The candidate should be able to analyze data, make sound decisions, and manage resources effectively.
∎ Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and solve complex problems, as well as the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
∎ Cultural Awareness: Awareness of cultural norms and customs in Bangladesh and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
∎ Passion and Drive: A strong passion for the company's mission and a high level of motivation and drive to achieve success.
