Job Responsibilities:
∎ Description of Services to be provided:
∎ Establish strong coordination and communication mechanisms among the key actors/ stakeholders including DGHS (NMEP, CDC, UNOPS) and other key stakeholders in expediting the procurement process of C19RM fast track items
∎ In coordination with NMEP, CDC, PWD, hospitals and UNOPS, facilitate the timely installation of the PSA oxygen plants in 29 government selected sites.
∎ Assist NMEP, CDC, DGHS through designing the in-country distribution matrix for the oxygen related equipment and consumables to be procured through C19RM fast track funding.
∎ Support DGHS in developing specification through the selection process for C19RM fast track items.
∎ Support regular procurement contract development and management of C19RM fast track items.
∎ Prepare periodic and technical reports including the communication materials in coordination with relevant personnel.
∎ Prepare quick notes, and updates to share with the MTaPS team and USAID as and when needed.
