Responsibilities & Context:
Only candidates from an English-medium background (O Level & A Level) will be considered.
Counsel and guide students on admission processes, program selection, and university requirements in Malaysia.
Handle inquiries from students and parents both in-person and online (Facebook, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
Assist students with admission forms, documentation, and visa application support.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partner universities.
Maintain proper records of student profiles and application statuses.
Participate in student recruitment events, seminars, and social media promotions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment targets.
