∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review the existing ADP progress tracking software that is being used by MIS-DGHS and assess the interoperability and synchronization with similar tracking and accounting/financial management software used by government entities (e.g. iBAS++, FAMS of ERD and PMIS of IMED);
∎ Develop/Update the ADP tracking software using uniform template, to be used by all the OPs and other ADP projects for online progress reporting and by MOHFW for tracking and utilizing data. The software should be able to include/synchronize data from multiple sources/online platforms. The software should have compatibility with iBAS++ software;
∎ Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
∎ Test and deploy applications and systems
∎ Revise, update, refactor and debug code
∎ Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
∎ Serve as an expert on application process management and provide technical support

Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience on .NET platform in any Software Company
∎ Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
∎ Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
∎ Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
∎ Understanding of Agile methodologies
∎ Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
