Job Context:
∎ TRiO Connections is looking for a qualified and experienced Education Consultant / Counselor to be recruited immediately to support its education abroad program for overseas universities and institutes.
∎ The consultant / counselor will be responsible for helping potential students / individuals who are planning for higher education overseas. Their primary role is to ensure that the client process is smooth and consistent with the company`s strict guidelines. The consultant / counselor will have to work with universities / institutes in UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Malaysia, India Education as well as local students and their parents / guardians.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing clients with information about different educations institutes and universities and advising them about various requirements.
∎ Counseling clients proactively for their foreign education needs and processing of their applications, so that they can make an informed decision.
∎ The counselor must oversee all aspects from choosing overseas universities / education institutes, communication with those universities / institutes, preparing Visa and Immigration applications ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
∎ Confirming that all the information provided to the client is accurate and up to date.
∎ Guiding the clients regarding their career decisions and helping them understand their potential and provide help to pursue their goals. Helping the students understand their skill sets and provide them with ways to utilize it.
∎ Creating & maintaining an excellent personal relationship with clients and colleagues within the organization.
∎ Pay physical visits to potential high/secondary schools in Dhaka & other cities to promote TRiO Connections & it's foreign education program
∎ Organizing seminars with prospective students regarding our promotions and services.
∎ Preparing necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication, sound knowledge on internet, word, excel, power point and other programs
∎ Experience in social marketing especially face book, X (twitter), Instagram, what's app, messenger, etc. Skills on developing social media adverts will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Fluency in written and speaking English. Interview will be held in English.
∎ Having a strong work ethic, motivational drive and experience at a marketing level.
