Educational Requirements:
∎ A Master's degree public sector management with a bias on public-private partnerships in health and other sectors, as well as in public finance.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge of the private sector landscape especially with regard to public-private partnerships and contracts.
∎ Familiarity with financing Bangladesh's health system, including for government services and programs and for NGOs and CSOs.
∎ Demonstrated ability to mobilize information from government sources, especially pertaining to public sector management practices, laws, policies, regulations, and guidance documents.
∎ Strong communication skills, including a strong command of oral and written English.
∎ Results driven; able to produce deliverables on time.
∎ 8-10 years experience working with government agencies.
