Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive Complaints related to Sexual Harassment
∎ Investigate cases appropriately and make recommendations thereon
∎ Ensure proper dissemination of knowledge in the Bank related to Sexual Harassment
∎ Submit quarterly reports to the Management and/or Appropriate Authority
∎ The committee shall ensure a fair and legally valid hearing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 15 years related experience
∎ External member must be familiar with sexual harassment and gender sensitivity issues
∎ Background of law or legal knowledge will be added an advantage
Salary: Negotiable
