∎ Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.

∎ Familiarity with database management and data backup/recovery procedures.
∎ Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
∎ Experience in an educational setting.
∎ Certification in IT related fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional).
∎ Knowledge of educational software and applications.

∎ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
∎ Ensure the security and integrity of school data and computer systems.
∎ Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
∎ Assist in the preparation and setup of computer labs and classrooms.
∎ Train staff and students on the proper use of computer systems and software.
∎ Maintain an inventory of computer hardware and software.
∎ Generate reports on system performance and usage.
