∎ Having professional training on Fire Safety, Social Compliance is a must.
∎ Fluency in English as well as local language.
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, MS Office, Reporting and Documentation

Job Context:
∎ NEXT seeks to ensure that all products bearing the NEXT Trade Mark or sold by NEXT are safe, produced in a clean and safe environment, and in accordance with all applicable local legislation.
∎ Through training and auditing ensure the factories are fully compliant with Next Code of Practice and are making continuous progress for an acceptable 1/2/3 Category.
∎ Support NS Office to achieve success in the business by ensuring required COP and other applicable standards are maintained properly in the supply chain.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ •Work with the local COP team to ensure the factories/suppliers are well prepared for new and follow-up audits.
∎ •Ensure NS factories are engaged achieve a credible COP rating (1-3) within 3 months of the first audit through being committed to the NEXT Code of Practice.
∎ •Manage all the training programs related to Social Compliance, Health and Safety and Brand protection.
∎ •Monitor and track data of COP Audit history of all existing/new suppliers and prepare visit plans and take approval from Manager.
∎ •Be pro-active and engaging team to provide on-time resources to make plan of Audit/Visit the supply chain.
∎ •Visit/Audit supply chain factories on regular basis and provide report within 2 working days to Manager.
∎ •Audit should be carried out as per the next audit procedure, next code of conduct. Opening meeting , factory visit, document review , worker interview and closing meeting.
∎ •Identify critical high-risk non-compliance and escalating these to relevant teams.
∎ •Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
∎ •Share and explain all the non-conformities to factory concerns and advise them to remediate the issues.
∎ •Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
∎ •Track CAP on visit/audit reports from the supplier and plan according to follow-up and share it with Manager for approval.
∎ •Monitor all factories development progress based on CAP.
∎ •Oversee maintaining information of suppliers on COP database on regular basis.
∎ •Assist factories to develop fire safety, building safety and structural safety issues according to Accord/ Alliance guidelines.
∎ •Have good understanding of the business by maintaining good communications with other team and liaise with COP Team.
∎ •Provide Training on H&S/Fire Safety etc. as and when required to supplier and office employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ • The applicants should have experience in compliance department with any reputed multinational Buying/Sourcing/ Liaison Office.
∎ • Understand “next” Code of Practice Standards” is first priority.
∎ • Ensure application of laws and standards extracted from “on job” day to day operation to achieve success in the Audit/visits.
∎ • Oversee what are the applicable laws and standards to be followed in connection with getting new factory or for existing suppliers.
∎ • Should be able to meet all the timelines given on any task by Management.
∎ • Willing to travel nationwide and abroad as and when required.
∎ • Able to work under pressure and ready to work even on out of office hour to provide support on the business.
∎ • Develop strong strategic relationships with suppliers is must.
∎ • Have to be honest and transparent with management.
∎ • Be strong, fast and pro-active to achieve highest success in the career as well as the business.
∎ • Be the best on Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills to achieve success in the business.
