Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
∎ Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts (Community-related updates)
∎ Respond to Group posts in a timely manner
∎ Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews in the group
∎ Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
∎ Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams
∎ Liaise with Development and Sales departments
∎ Respond to group queries in a timely manner
∎ Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
∎ Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
∎ Make plans & strategies to expand weDevs Communities in different countries.
∎ Research Prospective leads for country representatives, influential, etc.
∎ Communicate with leadsOnboard them as ambassadors, affiliates, etc.
∎ Manage the Ambassador team.
∎ Plan, create and promote local events.
∎ Work closely with the support & marketing team.
∎ Plan the community group growth strategy
∎ Administer and moderate community groups.
∎ Collaborate with different teams to organize and carry out role-related activities.
∎ Brainstorm and implement growth hack ideas into the community.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Proven work experience as a community manager/executive or similar role
∎ Experience planning and leading community initiatives
∎ Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
∎ Excellent verbal communication skills
∎ Excellent writing skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
∎ Hands-on experience with social media management
∎ Ability to interpret website traffic
∎ Knowledge of online marketing
∎ Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
∎ WordPress.org profile reflecting your contribution to the WordPress ecosystem.
∎ Local and international event management experience.
∎ An active Global WordPress Slack channel presence.
∎ Well Known personality both globally and locally is a plus.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
