Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the beneficiary list following proper validation as per set criteria.
∎ Organize training, workshop in the camp.
∎ Ensure the presence of participants in different events at camp level.
∎ Implement the targeted activities for the assigned blocks.
∎ Provide feedback and follow up and initiative to adjust.
∎ Conduct Product mapping plan and sharing in weekly.
∎ Ensure collection of attendance of volunteer's timely manner.
∎ Visit volunteer’s activity at block level.
∎ Monitor the volunteer’s activities like message dissemination, light work etc.
∎ Ensure attendance of volunteers in both KoBo and hard copies.
∎ Support market assessment
∎ Support to conduct daily transaction issues (plan, actual supply and payment information)
∎ Collection of information of the assigned blocks in the camp.
∎ Collect information for case studies/ success stories.
∎ Preserve the data base of beneficiaries/participants and track the caseloads.
∎ Attend in monthly management meeting.
∎ Provide constructive feed- back and share lesson learned.
∎ Provide relevant information reflection to contribute to evidence building and organizational learning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Must have knowledge and skills of community mobilization.
∎ Ability to work in different target groups
∎ Good command on Chittagongian dialect.
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel & MS Power Point
∎ Minimum of 3 years working experiences in project implementation (directly / indirectly)
∎ Able to create a working environment where team members have equal rights to listen, speak up and contribute to achieve a common goal of the project
∎ Must live in the project working area and 100% camp based and fieldwork is expected. Ready to accept the challenges and cope with the changes.
Salary: Negotiable
