Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take various kind of sessions on hygiene promotion issue.
∎ Arrange and conduct need based training of different group of beneficiaries
∎ Conduct/ Support in conducting sensitization/orientation on WASH for community groups.
∎ As a part of WASH intervention this Community Mobilizer will basically work to improve the public health of the population by promoting safe WASH practices as well as appropriate use and maintenance of WASH facilities and services.
∎ Develop appropriate communications strategy to promote safe practices as well as ensure appropriate community involvement in the delivery of this hygiene promotion activities is another vital role of this incumbent.
∎ Other key responsibilities include capacity development of community volunteer on WASH; organize, supervise and evaluate the distribution of hygiene kit and water treatment kits and documentation of lessons learn related to hygiene behavior of the working community.
∎ Make and submit monthly target plan of assigned work.
∎ Perform the responsibility as and when assigned by the project/Program Focal person.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Working Experience in NGO and Donor funded projects.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)
