Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and facilitate training for different beneficiaries in the field on WASH.
∎ Organize and conduct meeting with garments workers, community people and respective relevant authorities and writing session, meeting report.
∎ Take various kinds of sessions on hygiene promotion issue at the garments factories and at the community.
∎ Arrange day’s observation and campaign.
∎ Arrange and conduct need based training of different group of beneficiaries.
∎ Assist to develop and implement training program including training schedule and module.
∎ Conduct survey and assist to research and monitoring units.
∎ Make and submit monthly target plan of assigned work.
∎ Report to PM as per requirement on program activities.
∎ Maintain networking with GoB and NGO's and relevant stakeholders on regular basis.
∎ Conduct/ Support sensitization/orientation related events on WASH for community groups.
∎ Perform the responsibility as and when assigned by the project/Program Focal person.
∎ Besides, do the regular activities as per guidance and direction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Training or exposure in Social mobilization, FDG, PRA.
∎ Working experience in WASH and Donor funded project.

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
