Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Summary: The Community Mobilizer is responsible to ensure that program participant groups have the capacity and support needed to ensure continued practice of behaviors that enhance increase services from the local government specifically of Union Parishad in targeted communities. Strong Management Knowledge, Skill & experience on WATSAN. Clear concept on Social accountability tools and PRA tools to implement the program. Candidate has to drive Motor cycle and should have valid driving license

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2/3 years of working experiences on WATSAN project. Basic knowledge to work with Union Parisod & Upazila Parisod and their role. Good understanding in Bangla and Basic English Language and mobilization/ facilitation capacity.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
