Job Context:
∎ Project: Assistance to Vulnerable Migrants and Counter Trafficking (AVMCT)
∎ Probation Period: 3 months
∎ Reported to: Project Manager
∎ Employment Status: Full Time
∎ Job Location: Ukhia

∎ The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the project`s activities and tasks assigned to attain goals and objectives of the AVMCT project.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and conduct awareness raising sessions on counter trafficking issues at the Rohingya camps and host communities in Teknaf areas.
∎ Maintain communication with site management, camp authority at the Rohingya Camps and local government, police station and relevant organizations at host communities
∎ Supporting the Project Officer in all aspects of the project implementation and development as requested.
∎ Preparing of monthly, quarterly, annual reports and others as required or assigned for.
∎ Response immediately to need of any victims of trafficking identified by BNWLA in the refugee camp and/or host communities in Teknaf
∎ Maintain communication with site management, Protection actors and appropriate authority in the refugee camp, local government, police station and other relevant stakeholders
∎ Represent organization in different meeting/seminar/forum is asked for
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly individual plan for implementation.
∎ Conduct any other activities required by the management of BNWLA.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Bachelor Degree (Social Science) with 2-3 years working experiences in NGOs on CT issues

Salary: Tk. 28000 (Monthly)
