Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess and identify the needs for the required for WASH interventions following the project requirement and plan for an appropriate integrated response.
∎ Conduction of WASH inventory assessment on targeted communities in the selected areas.
∎ Facilitation of participatory approach in promoting sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene practices in targeted area.
∎ Preparation of effective Community Action Plan (CAP) through involving the targeted community people.
∎ Facilitation of hygiene session at community and institutional levels
∎ Assist to the implementation of software interventions to address priority on public health risks according to the agreed plan and complimentary.
∎ Use participatory approaches as far as possible throughout the programme cycle, in training, and in the use of toolkits and other materials.
∎ Ensure that hygiene promotion activities are in line with CATS approach, relevant WaSH policies and other relevant national policies.
∎ Assistance the project team in overall planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in the sector of WASH and Humanitarian Response.
∎ Ability to speak Bangla and Cox’s Bazar local language (written/verbal)
∎ Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism

Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
