Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to implement the project plan with project beneficiaries as per project design.
∎ Having good interpersonal skills and are able to maintain liaison and coordinate with local Government, Govt Agriculture, Livestock and Health Facilities and local government representatives, elites and resources as per project design.
∎ Good facilitation skills to motivate project beneficiaries on project interventions and maintaining coordination with other groups.
∎ Able to work in team.
∎ Able to ride bi-cycle.
∎ Able to live with community at union level.
∎ Able to work with vulnerable and marginal host community.
∎ Good follow-up, monitoring and reporting skills (written and verbal).
∎ Having good understanding on budgeting and financial management.
∎ Having experience in implementing community development approach.
∎ At least 2-3 years of working experience in relevant position with experience in Food Security, livelihood, Gender an good governance interventions under any development organizations.

Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
